Established in 2014, The Waters Community Development Corporation is a dream and a vision realized by Rev. Dr. Paul Carrette, Senior Pastor of Church of Living Waters in Oxon Hill, Maryland. Dr. Carrette is a well-respected clergyman, a former educator, author and Business Executive. He has spent the past twenty years pastoring in depressed neighborhoods, encouraging educational pursuit, social change and economic empowerment. Dr. Carrette is joined on the Board of The Waters CDC by a group of concerned citizens, Businessmen, Attorneys and educators.
